| JC: | It's only one part that is damaged. And the damage is cosmetic. |
| JC: | Mostly, my roommate is a dick and I just want him to get off my case. |
| Mike: | I'm sorry to hear about that. We can service electronics if there is an internal issue, though we do not do any cosmetic repairs for our systems. |
| JC: | It's the silver painted plastic edge on the front left side of the speaker. |
| JC: | There's nothing that can be done? No extra parts? |
| JC: | I could probably fix it my self if I could find the part. |
| Mike: | We do not have replacement cases, etc. We will only have replacement covers available (vinyl or leather flip cover). |
| JC: | Thats unfortunate. |
| JC: | Ok. Looks like I have to deal with his passive aggressive crap for another year. |
| Mike: | I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. |
